Corporate Integrity

Cultivating a Culture of Ethical Leadership

Actions that are legal and actions that are ethical are sometimes quite different. Ethical leadership and business transparency are critical to the success of today's organizations - whether it be a large for-profit company or a non-profit organization. This program focuses on the role HR plays in ensuring that organizations operate in a way that is fair and socially responsible to employees, customers, and the community at large. We will explore various ethical dilemmas businesses face, how leaders influence the integrity of the organization, and hot to manage those "shades of gray" situations where ethics, leadership and the law collide.
